We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original dust bags and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
